Refit Posture Vest

Application:

Thread the pull straps through the loop at the back, crosswise. Then attach them to the waist section.(1)
Put on the vest with the "refit" mark facing outwards on the left shoulder.(2)
Keep your back straight and pull your shoulders back slightly. Fasten the waist section, preferably using the hand pockets
right hand over left.(3)
Tighten the pull straps so that you apply a little pressure over your shoulders.(4) Not TOO tight.

The vest is designed to provide support and to remind the body, by tightening over the shoulders when
posture deteriorates. Therefore, it is important to have good posture when putting on the vest.

Use for 2-3 hours at a time. Can be advantageously used during activities, not just when sitting still.
The vest is not intended as a corrective product; it reminds the body to activate its musculature.
