How to prepare Cream of Rice?
Alternative 1: Mix 50g of COR with 150ml of boiling water in a bowl and stir until it forms a paste. 
Alternative 2: Mix 50g of COR with 150ml of water in a bowl and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until you have achieved your desired consistency.

IMPORTANT: It is very important to first mix the rice flour with water to form a paste before adding your protein.
