As an EU buyer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact me via Etsy messages or email at [insert your contact email]. You must notify me of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period has expired. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note: Due to the made-to-order nature of my products, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
